DESCRIPTION
OMEGA 201 Epoxy Finish is a two component paint based on epoxy resin and polyamide resin as curing agent. The paint is set by the polymerization of the two components into a hard and elastic film which is adhered strongly on the clean and dry surface.
RECOMMENDED USE
The paint is used mainly for anticorrosive protection of any construction and machine. It is alkali and acid resistant as well as petroleum, gasoline and their derivatives. The paint has excellent resistance to sea water and is perfectly used for protection of metallic constructions near the sea.
SURFACE PREPARATION
We apply one or two coats, in surfaces prepared by OMEGA 201 Epoxy Primer. Directly in metallic surfaces, we clean them very well from oils, dust, rust or we sandblast, then we apply one or two coats. We recommend sandblasting Sa 2 1/2.
Aplication details:
- Stir the paint well before its use. The product is applied by spray gun, airless and by brush on smaller surfaces.
- Dilution: 5 % with solvent N’ 201 or N ́601.
- Tools cleaning: with solvent Ν ́201 or Ν ́601.
