Double action piston machine for texture, plasters and passive fire protection Toughtek F340e, F680e

Description

The main benefits of Toughtek machines are based on simple operation and set up pressure settings with a pressure regulator and a remote start button for the spraying process. Model F340 e has a working pressure of up to 31 bara and flow up to 21 bags per 25kg per hour (21l / min). With the F680e, the performance is double up to 30 bags of 25kg and a flow rate of 41l / min. Tanks in the smaller model are 76l and for the big 114l. The F340e is a single-phase engine and optional and can’t be fitted with a standard compressor, and the larger F680e is a three-phase engine and can be ordered with a built-in compressor. Typical application is for construction industry for applying ready mix or powder cement or gypsum based texture and plasters and other typical is for water based material for PFP –fire protection.
