Benefits of Xtreme e machines are – simple service pressure adjustment of the pneumatic motor by pressure regulator with pressure gauge and a condenser separator for the Xtreme NXT, Xtreme XL models. The models are available in a variety of choice of outlet and flow rates. Maximum working pressure from 210 bar to 500 bar and flow rate from 9 l / min to 52 / min.
The Xtreme XL models are available in 45: 1 to 95: 1 ratios and flow rates from 25 l / min to 12 l / min. These machines are extremely well-suited for projects requiring the use of two operators to operate simultaneously with one machine and with hose lengths from 15 to 100 m.
The Xtreme NXT models are a ratio of 30: 1 to 90: 1 and a working pressure of 217 bar to 500 bar. Output rates from 12 l / min to 9 l / min.
Each of these versions can be ordered in a set of either a mobile trolley – 2 wheels cart or a wall mount version. Each pump has a built-in filter for output material to the paint hose and Airless guns.
For projects requiring work with highly abrasive materials such as zinc-epoxy or other products there are special versions developed without an integrated filter in the pump to eliminate frequent blockages from the abrasive material and recirculation tract drainage valve and bypass pipe for mixing and cleaning of the system in process when the machine operator is not in use.
Each machine is delivered with an XTR airless gun or a Silver gun with a 15m hose for fluid and a suction kit.
