Description
Spray machines are easy to use only by adjusting fluid pressure and flow. Monitoring of correct mix ration only by gauges on each fluid pressure. Spray pumps are available in low or high pressure air-assisted version. Mostly suitable for industry using same type of products by mix ration and colors.
Spray package are dosing each component by difference per each lower volume. Mixing by volume in fix ratio. Available mix ration can be from 1:1 to 4:1. Mixing is by volume of both material pump connect on same pneumatic motor. Mix material in only in static tube mixer and fluid hose. Only same part needs for flush after finishing spraying with machine. Spray package is suitable for nitro, acid catalyst and Uv polyurethane based products and also polyester resins.
